These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all services, classes, educational programs, demo sessions, mentoring, websites, communication channels, and learning systems provided by Kodingbright. By enrolling in any class, accessing our platform, attending demo sessions, communicating with our mentors or teachers, or using any Kodingbright service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.
Kodingbright is a registered educational business operating in India with GST and Udyam registration. These terms are legally binding between Kodingbright and every student, parent, guardian, visitor, or user accessing our services.
Kodingbright is an educational platform focused on providing live coding education and technology learning programs for school students from Grade 2 to Grade 12. Our services include but are not limited to live 1:1 coding sessions, small batch classes with a maximum of five students, beginner foundation programs, Scratch programming, Code.org learning, Python, web development, logic building, project-based learning, and future technology education.
All classes provided by Kodingbright are conducted live by teachers or mentors. Kodingbright does not provide recorded courses or downloadable educational video libraries. Class durations generally range between forty-five minutes and sixty minutes depending on the learning plan, student level, and course structure.
Kodingbright reserves the full right to modify, improve, update, restructure, discontinue, replace, or expand any course curriculum, mentor, teaching structure, class schedule, learning material, or educational service at any time whenever necessary for operational, educational, technical, or quality improvement purposes.
Kodingbright provides educational services specifically for students studying between Grade 2 and Grade 12. Students or parents enrolling in our programs confirm that all submitted information including student name, age, class level, email address, country, city, and contact details are accurate and truthful.
By enrolling in our services, parents, guardians, or students acknowledge that Kodingbright is an educational platform and not a degree-granting institution. Participation in classes does not guarantee employment, freelancing income, internship opportunities, placement offers, examination results, or any guaranteed career outcome.
Kodingbright provides free demo classes to help students and parents understand our teaching methods, mentor interaction, and course structure before enrollment. Each student may attend up to five free demo sessions. Kodingbright reserves the right to limit, reschedule, reject, or discontinue demo access in situations involving misuse, repeated unnecessary bookings, inappropriate conduct, spam behavior, or operational concerns.
Demo sessions are intended solely for evaluation purposes and may not be recorded, copied, redistributed, publicly shared, or commercially reused in any form.
Kodingbright offers multiple learning plans including monthly plans, fixed-class packages, and customized educational plans. All payments must be completed using approved payment methods communicated by Kodingbright. Kodingbright currently does not provide EMI facilities.
Refund requests are evaluated according to the number of classes already completed by the student. Any class already attended by the student shall be considered consumed and its amount shall not be refunded under any circumstance.
In addition to the deduction for completed classes, Kodingbright reserves the right to deduct fees equivalent to ten additional classes as administrative, scheduling, operational, and resource allocation costs associated with enrollment and planning.
For example, if a student purchases a thirty-class package and completes ten classes before requesting cancellation, the amount equivalent to those ten attended classes plus ten additional classes may be deducted before calculating the final refundable amount. Refund processing may take approximately seven to ten working days depending on banking and payment processing timelines.
Kodingbright does not charge late fees. However, students or parents are expected to complete pending payments within the communicated payment timeline. Failure to clear dues may result in temporary suspension, rescheduling restrictions, or paused class access until payment obligations are completed.
Students may request rescheduling of classes by informing Kodingbright at least two hours before the scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests submitted after this period may be denied depending on teacher availability and operational scheduling conditions.
If a student misses a class without prior notice, the class may be marked absent and counted as completed. Students who inform Kodingbright in advance may recover their classes within the same week based on mentor availability.
Kodingbright reserves the right to reschedule classes due to teacher unavailability, technical issues, holidays, internet disruptions, emergencies, operational adjustments, or platform maintenance activities.
All students, parents, and users are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate behavior during classes and communications. Any abusive language, harassment, threats, misconduct, discrimination, piracy, unauthorized recordings, platform misuse, spamming, fake reviews, inappropriate communication, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
Students are strictly prohibited from sharing class links, teacher information, educational materials, assignments, screenshots, recordings, source code, or any private classroom resources with external individuals, platforms, or public communities without written permission from Kodingbright.
All educational content, class structures, teaching methods, branding materials, designs, website content, learning systems, code samples, presentations, assignments, exercises, graphics, logos, text content, and other educational resources provided by Kodingbright remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kodingbright unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, copy, sell, modify, republish, publicly share, upload, or commercially use any Kodingbright material without prior written authorization. Unauthorized redistribution, piracy, recording, or misuse of educational content may lead to legal action, permanent access termination, copyright enforcement, and financial claims for damages where applicable under Indian law.
Kodingbright may provide certificates to students after successful completion of their respective course or learning program. Certificate issuance may depend on attendance, assignment completion, course participation, project work, and overall course completion requirements determined by Kodingbright.
Kodingbright reserves the right to deny, revoke, or withhold certificates in cases involving misconduct, plagiarism, non-payment, policy violations, abusive conduct, or incomplete course participation.
Kodingbright may collect user information including student name, parent name, email address, country, city, contact details, educational information, payment information, and learning progress information for educational, operational, support, communication, and service improvement purposes.
Kodingbright does not sell personal information to third parties. User data may only be used for class communication, support, announcements, scheduling updates, educational reminders, certificates, or important operational notices.
By using our services, users consent to receiving educational communications through email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels associated with Kodingbright.
Kodingbright shall not be held liable for internet failures, device issues, software problems, third-party platform outages, payment gateway failures, temporary service interruptions, missed opportunities, indirect losses, academic performance outcomes, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Kodingbright does not guarantee specific academic performance, competition results, examination scores, employment outcomes, freelancing success, internship opportunities, or financial results from participation in our educational programs.
Kodingbright reserves the full right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate student access to any service, class, mentor, platform, or communication channel in situations involving policy violations, abusive conduct, piracy, unauthorized sharing, payment disputes, repeated disruption, harmful behavior, legal concerns, or misuse of educational services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to Kodingbright services, platform usage, payments, educational activities, or contractual matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Delhi, India.
