This Refund Policy explains the rules, conditions, and processes related to cancellations, refund eligibility, deduction policies, and refund timelines for all Kodingbright educational services.
Students or parents may request cancellation and refunds for eligible learning plans according to the conditions mentioned in this policy. Refunds are only processed after evaluation of completed classes, reserved scheduling resources, and operational costs.
Any class already attended or completed by the student shall be considered consumed and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund calculations are based on the remaining unused classes or remaining unused subscription period after applicable deductions.
In addition to deduction for completed classes, Kodingbright may deduct fees equivalent to ten additional classes to cover administrative costs, scheduling management, mentor allocation, operational planning, onboarding, and resource reservation.
Example: If a student purchases thirty classes and completes ten classes before requesting cancellation, refund calculations may deduct fees equivalent to those ten completed classes plus ten additional classes before determining the final refundable amount.
For monthly subscription-based learning plans, attended classes and applicable deduction policies shall be considered before processing any refund request.
Approved refunds are generally processed within seven to ten working days depending on banking systems, payment gateways, and financial processing timelines.
